Searching for California Gold? Look no further! This light-bodied, aromatic oil is full on the palate, with bright olive fruit and floral undertones. A custom blend of Mission, Manzanilla and Arbequina olives that are pressed within hours of harvest to ensure freshness, it is certified as “extra virgin” by the California Olive Oil Council.

Serving Suggestions:

• As a bread dipper with a crusty Italian or French bread
• Drizzle it over sautéed spinach or grilled vegetables
• Substitute for butter on potatoes and toss with fresh herbs
• Sprinkle on soups, stews, salads and pasta dishes for added flavor
• Combine with our Chardonnay, Champagne or Raspberry Champagne vinegars to create a dipping oil or vinaigrette
• Infuse with garlic and herbs and let steep 15-30 minutes
• Replace butter or vegetable oil in recipes
