"Area of production: The Valpolicella valleys in northern Verona, Veneto, Italy.

Vinification: Selected hand picked grapes are carefully air dried on wooden racks for 100 days. Traditional pressing and fermentation is followed by a minimum of three years in aged Slavonian oak casks.

50% Corvina Veronese
40% Rondinella
10% Molinara
