Cabernet Sauvignon, Maipo Valley

"Of an intense deep ruby red color, clear and bright; in its 2010 version it presents itself in nose with a marked bouquet of ripe berries typical of the Maipo valley, giving then place to a note of rather mature plums and slightly spicy. In mouth, it is fresh, of good acidity level but with firm velvety tannins typical of the variety that later become more docile, rather velvety, confirming all its previous fruitiness, but also leaving light notes of black fruits. Due to its varietal characteristics, it is an ideal wine to accompany all types of red meats." - Winemaker notes
