"There are 5.5 acres of Pinot Blanc located on two different ridges at WillaKenzie Estate. The goal is to produce white wines that fully express the characteristics of the fruit, so this Pinot Blanc is made in entirely in stainless steel, with no malolactic fermentation and no barrel aging. A fresh, crisp wine, which complements a wide variety of foods, it is typically consumed young, although it will also age well for several years. WillaKenzie Estate Pinot Blanc is bottled with a screwcap closure." - Winemaker notes
