Dry Riesling

"In making the 2006 Riesling, we handpicked the grapes, destemmed the clusters, crushed directly into our bladder press and pressed immediately. Fermentation was in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve the original fruit characters of the grapes.

This wine offers fresh aromas of pineapple, peach and grapefruit with an herbal note and a touch of minerality. The mouth is very round with great fruitiness and vivid acidity, making it an ideal partner for a variety of foods. Serve this lovely Riesling paired with Asian food, white-fleshed fish and chicken in creamy tarragon sauce." - Winemaker notes
